Martin Meyer is the creative force behind the culinary experience at Champions Munich. A valued member of the Munich Marriott Hotel family since February 2022, he has steadily built and inspired a strong, motivated kitchen team.

Calm, approachable, and refreshingly down‑to‑earth, Martin represents a new generation of chefs—one who values collaboration, creativity, and the exchange of ideas. His leadership style is as authentic as his cuisine.

A Munich native, Martin brings together his deep appreciation for Bavarian traditions with international influences gained from working with various global brands. The result is a unique culinary signature: locally rooted, globally inspired, and perfectly in tune with the spirit of Champions.
